No insurance? No problem! At Stubbs Family Dentistry, we want to help families receive the dental treatment needed to enjoy optimal oral health and good quality of life. We definitely don’t want your financial concerns to stand between you and the smiles you deserve! Which is why in addition to in-network insurance plans, we can discuss a convenient in-house membership plan or third-party financing to make your care affordable!
Dental Insurance
Stubbs Family Dentistry is currently in-network with the following plans:
- Delta Dental Premier
- Cigna DPPO Platinum
- GEHA
That said, if you have other coverage, we also accept several out-of-network insurance options. If you have questions, then talk to our office manager! She is happy to help you file the claim and provide more information about your coves age.
Financing Options
If you don’t have dental insurance, or if you have a healthcare plan that doesn’t cover the entirety of your treatment, then we can help out with financing. Our office works with CareCredit, a medical credit card that allows you to repay the cost of treatment with fixed interest plans and multiple repayment scheduling options. If you can pay in full, we can discount the cost of the treatment, and with our Care to Share program, you can get a $25 gift card toward services when you let others know about us!
Membership Plans
To make care affordable for families in West Allis and surrounding comminutes, we provide a membership plan. Each option is designed to provide the general services you need to protect your oral health, and discounts on treatments you may need for issues like tooth decay and periodontal disease. You only need to pay one small annual fee to obtain these benefits, and help your family stay on schedule with their exams and cleanings!
Family Plan
$1025 Annual Fee for a family of four
- 2 dental cleanings
- 2 Doctor exams during dental cleaning visits
- 2 Oral Cancer screenings
- Fluoride treatments, when indicated
- All Necessary x-rays
- Unlimited emergency care visits
- $300 off ClearCorrect treatment
- $100 of full mouth whitening
- 16% off all other treatments
- Excludes periodontal treatment
Perio Plan
$625 Annual Fee for patients 13 and older
- 3-4 dental cleanings
- 2 Doctor exams during dental cleaning visits
- 2 Oral Cancer screenings
- Fluoride treatments, when indicated
- All Necessary x-rays
- Unlimited emergency care visits
- $300 off ClearCorrect treatment
- $100 of full mouth whitening
- 16% off all other treatments
- 20% discount on Arestin antibiotic
Child Plan
$235 Annual Fee for patients 13 and under
- 2 dental cleanings
- 2 Doctor exams during dental cleaning visits
- 2 Oral Cancer screenings

Adult Plan
$400 Annual Fee for patients with regular cleanings
- 2 dental cleanings

- Unlimited emergency care visits
- $300 off ClearCorrect treatment
- $100 of full mouth whitening

Plan Details & Limitations
